Last updated: May 2026

Acceptance

By using CyberQ (the "Service") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Nature of the Service

CyberQ is an independent informational tool that helps users navigate the publicly available Cyber and Operational Resilience Framework (CORF v1.0). It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the Central Bank of Kuwait or any regulatory authority. The Service does not provide legal, regulatory, audit, or professional advice.

No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind. Answers generated by the assistant may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. Always verify critical information against the original CORF v1.0 framework and consult qualified professionals before acting on any output.

Acceptable use

  • Do not use the Service to attempt to impersonate, defraud, or harm any person or organisation.
  • Do not attempt to bypass rate limits, scrape the underlying corpus, or reverse-engineer the system.
  • Do not submit content that is unlawful, malicious, or that infringes the rights of others.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator of CyberQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of your use of (or inability to use) the Service.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
