About
What is CyberQ?
CyberQ is an independent AI assistant specialised in the Cyber and Operational Resilience Framework (CORF v1.0) — a publicly available framework that governs cyber and operational resilience for licensed financial entities in Kuwait.
Why it exists
CORF v1.0 is ~290,000 tokens of dense regulatory text. Every cyber, risk, audit, and compliance professional working with a Kuwaiti financial entity needs to navigate it — and most of that time is spent scrolling PDFs hunting for a single control reference. CyberQ does the scrolling for you.
How it works
- The full framework is split into 773 semantic chunks at deploy time.
- Each question runs through a hybrid retrieval pipeline (BM25 + dense embeddings, fused with reciprocal rank fusion).
- The top-ranked chunks are passed to a large language model (DeepSeek-V4-Pro) with a strict instruction to answer only from the retrieved excerpts and to cite every claim.
- Citations look like [Control 4.1.1.1, p. 227] and reference the real PDF page.
Independence
CyberQ is a personal, independent project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by the Central Bank of Kuwait. It does not represent any official position. For authoritative interpretation of CORF, always consult the original framework and your regulator.
Authentication & data
Sign-in is delegated to Google or Microsoft OAuth — CyberQ never sees or stores your password. You can also use a temporary guest session. See the Privacy page for what we store and why.
